I usually end up reading in the kitchen w/ audiobook while cooking. But I like to read while sitting in the shade outside and the kids are playing in the yard.

Wherever I can! Usually outside on the swing or under the canopy so I can stay out of the sun but still be considered outside to keep the family off my back about always reading indoors lol

Since NC is so hot in the summer, I like to curl up on the couch with a glass of water or Sauvignon Blanc.

Anywhere I can find with peace and quiet. My absolute favorite is on my porch in my rocking chair with a glass of ice tea, lemonade or maybe even a glass of wine.
