The books are shipped by the publisher, not Bookish First. Definitely email Bookish First’s customer service at BookishFirstHelp@Bookish.com for a faster response. This is just a discussion forum.
This happened to me once before but through Goodreads. I was so upset! But I emailed Goodreads and they emailed the publisher and a new book was sent out to me within a week. Both BookishFirst and Goodreads have amazing customer service so I recommend sending them an email and letting them know the circumstance.
