I started a new job last year in 2021 and also the previous year- 2020 I had 5 months off work due to medical leave/ Covid lockdowns.
I am aiming again for a minimum of 350 books for 2022 Read.
2021 read - 352 Books
2020 read - 395 Books.

2020 - 39, goal was 35
2021 - 37, goal was 40
2022 - set goal at 40 again, have read 2 so far.

2021 - 224 (year I went cray cray and took on 4 challenges and Bookish Bingo every month)
2020 - 165 (year I began doing reading challenges with the local libraries)
2019 - 107 (Audiobooks are amazing. How did I not embrace these sooner? /booksnob)
2018 - 62 (year I discovered audiobooks-- towards the end)
2017 - 20 (year I had my second baby)
2016 - 30 (year I had my first baby)
2015 - 25 (year I got married & was planning a wedding & then got preggo afterwards)
2014 - 50 (normal year, and most of my previous years are more or less the same-- with a little burst to 85 the year I worked at Borders)

I was always a book snob and did NOT want to be read to. And then I had babies and my free time disappeared. You gotta get that reading in however you can-- while driving, cleaning, cooking… My life changed when I started a family and then audiobooks changed my life

I read approximately 100 books in 2021 and 2020.

I read 92 books in 2021, which was more than the previous 10 years combined!

I read 99 books in 2021. The previous 5 years range from 89-102 books. My goal for this year is 90.

I read 60 books in 2021 (I got busy with work at the end of the year). In 2020 I read 76 books.

No books would be sad. That is the one thing I don’t like when people compare too much. Everyone that can read, should. Just strive to read something each day. Keep up the good “work”. When it becomes that we are not reading the right stuff
I read 312 books last year, and that is so many more than previous years.
