This was originally supposed to ship July 27, but I never got it in spite of writing several times. I just get replies saying we will contact the publisher to send it to you. It’s now Oct and no sign of the book. Did anyone get it? If so, when?

Thanks for your patience while we check into this. After checking back in with the publisher last week - it seems that there was a mixup at their warehouse so all the books were just reshipped so hopefully, they should arrive by the end of this week!
