Reading Regrets of 2019?

It’s interesting to see the various opinions. I actually liked The Silent Patient a lot; I felt there was a good job of developing some of the creepy characters in the hospital. The actual silence of the patient did bug me at times.

I think I was lucky the two that really let me down was The Eighth Sister by Robert Dugoni, and The Invited by Jennifer McMahon.
The Eighth Sister was just very disappointing.
The Invited I absolutely loved the first 3/4 of the book, and the last portion I felt was rushed and a huge let down.
