Who do you contact if you have never received a book you won?

Hello I entered a raffle and received a notification that I won and never received the book. Who should I contact?

Please reference the Estimated Ship Date of the book in your winner email and if you have not received your book 14 days after the Estimated Ship Date, please email BookishFirstHelp@bookish.com. Also, please note that we cannot provide assistance on tracking or replacing books once 2 months have passed since the Estimated Ship Date.

I mark the book as not received in a shelf I created. I think the publishers might audit those. Because I have received them almost immediately when I mark them that way. Some do take a long time to get them out. I just got one last week that I won over a month ago
