Friday Question #178 - Published in August

Happy Friday!

What book are you reading for the “Published in August” square on the Bookish Bingo board?

I’m going to read Gone Tonight by Sarah Pekkanen for that spot. It just published on the 1st. I’d also like to recommend The Connellys of County Down by Tracey Lange. I won a copy from Bookish and loved it.

The Connellys of County Down was wonderful - I loved it too.

None of this is True by Lisa Jewell…only because I love a podcast moment.

I’m reading several published in August this month but the one I have in that square is The Salamander Spell by E.D. Baker (published August 21, 2007).

Probably The Lost Library by Rebecca Stead & Wendy Mass. It’s a middle-grade mystery expected to be published August 29. I might use Good Bad Girl by Alice Feeney, also being published August 29 (but I’m just starting that tonight).

I also highly recommend At the Coffee Shop of Curiosities by Heather Webber (published 8/1).
