What is the book in your ‘heroine is a writer’ square? With the brain on the cover. (I tried to zoom in but I can’t read it)

The book is Immortality by VE Schwartz. The main character treats patients and writes a treatise for middle and low income classes in the early 1800s on the basics of illnesses and healthcare to educate them about their own healthcare.
